Role OverviewProud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team, providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role involves working with clients in a home-based setting, implementing behavioral plans, and collecting data to monitor progress.
What You Will Do
Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans, collect data, and report progress. Support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans and be responsive to client needs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience working with children
