Role OverviewThe REACH Behavioral Technician II provides support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs in a Crisis Therapeutic Home or Transitional Home. The role involves developing and implementing crisis education and prevention plans, facilitating daily programs, and providing personal care and therapeutic interventions.
What You Will Do
The Behavioral Technician II will provide compassionate support to individuals, assist with daily living, monitor behavioral health symptoms, and provide crisis prevention and intervention support.

Requirements
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and/or Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP)
- Must be registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or hold a valid Licensed Mental Health Professional – Resident or Supervisee
- Use of personal transportation may be required
- Must maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
