Job Description
Futures provides community and center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders. We are looking for a Behavioral Technician to join our team in West Boylston, MA.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree
  • RBT certificate is a plus
  • Experience with youth, families, individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
  • Good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance
