Job Description
Futures provides community and center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders. As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring behavior management programs are consistently implemented for people served in our Center Based environment, working closely with a BCBA.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with RBT credential, or, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with youth, families, individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
