Job Description
Futures, a part of the Sevita family, provides community and center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders. As a Behavioral Technician, you will work closely with a BCBA to ensure behavior management programs are consistently implemented, building a therapeutic relationship and promoting safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with RBT credential, or, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with youth, families, individuals with developmental disabilities is required
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
  • A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance
