Job Description
Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) at Behavioral Health Works, making an impact and building a career working with kids with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through ABA therapy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Available weekday afternoons or evenings (3 to 8pm, minimum 3 days/week)
  • Reliable car, valid license, and insurance
  • Comfortable with tech, using phone/tablet for data collection
  • Experience or passion for caregiving, education, or working with kids with special needs (preferred, not required)
