Job Description
The Bell Attendant plays an important role in providing friendly and professional service to guests. They must possess knowledge of hotel operational policies and procedures, handle confidential information, and remain calm in stressful situations. They will be responsible for transporting luggage, facilitating guest traffic, and upholding the resort's core values and policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Previous guest service experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting (not essential)
  • Ability to remain calm in a stressful and/or hurried environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Good to excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to pass a background check
