Requirements

  • Luxury Hospitality Experience: At least 3 years of Bell or Door Attendant experience within a luxury or Forbes‐rated hotel
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Guest‐Centric Service: Proven ability to create personalized, memorable arrival and departure experiences
  • Physical Capability: Ability to assist with luggage handling and move efficiently throughout the property
  • Local Expertise: Familiarity with Chicago’s cultural, dining, and entertainment offerings
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to interact with VIP and high‐profile guests with absolute discretion
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and other hotel teams
