Job Description
The Bell Person is responsible for providing exceptional customer service skills, assisting guests with luggage, and providing information about the property and events. They must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and be able to lift heavy pieces of luggage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of local areas
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Ability to lift heavy pieces of luggage
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for entire shift
  • Ability to work in hot or cold temperature
  • Ability to push/pull minimum of 40 pounds
  • Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, stoop, kneel
  • Ability to maneuver throughout all areas of the property
