Role Overview

As a Guest Relations Supervisor at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa, you will assist with hiring, training, and managing Guest Services personnel, resolve guest opportunities, and maintain operational budget. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and team members, and be responsible for scheduling, inventory, and reporting.   • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver's License
