What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, assisting with luggage, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions, escorting guests to their rooms, delivering messages and packages, coordinating transportation arrangements, and maintaining a neat and organized lobby area.

Requirements
- One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred
- Valid CDL license where applicable
- Familiarity with local area and attractions
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
