Job Description
Lowes Foods is seeking a Full-Time Bench (Assistant Deli Manager) to join a family-owned and growing company. The role involves ensuring guest and merchandising program operations are maintained, achieving sales targets, and supervising a deli department. This is a position in-charge of department management.

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Ability to read and understand information and direction
  • Knowledge of deli operations
  • Ability to supervise people including training and development
  • Effective communication, guest service and selling skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the Store Manager and Merchandiser.
  • Ability to work well with computers.
