As a Bench - Beef Shoppe Manager Level V at Lowes Foods, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and profitable operations of the meat department through sales maximization and host growth. You will be accountable for achieving budgeted financial results, preparing product for sale, and implementing an in-store selling culture. You will also be responsible for scheduling the department, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining a safe department for guests and hosts.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include ensuring guests receive polite, friendly service, preparing product for sale, implementing and maintaining an in-store selling culture, and ensuring the department is run in compliance with company standards. You will also be responsible for scheduling the department, ordering, and maintaining coolers and freezers to standard.
