As a Bench - Beef Shoppe Manager Level V, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and profitable operations of the meat department through sales maximization and host growth. You will be accountable for achieving budgeted financial results, preparing product for sale, and implementing and maintaining an in-store selling culture.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring guests receive polite, friendly service, preparing product for sale, implementing company merchandising programs, and ordering. You will also be responsible for scheduling the department, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining coolers and freezers to standard.

Requirements

• High school education
• 3-4 years of progressive supermarket experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs, occasionally and 25lbs constantly
• Ability to read and understand information and direction
• Knowledge of meat operations
• Ability to supervise people, including training and development
• Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills
• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts for extended periods of time
