Role OverviewSupervise and ensure guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operation in the produce department. Expected to fill a Department Manager role within 30 miles of their home after training.
What You Will Do
Achieve budgeted sales and profits, maintain desired inventory and supplies, operate the department according to guidelines, ensure product quality meets standards, and perform product preparation and guest service.
