Role OverviewAs an Associate Client Relationship Manager, you will work with insurance advisors' employer clients to custom-build benefit administration platforms. You will manage cases enrolled and serviced through benefit enrollment systems, develop and maintain relationships with agents and group administrators, and prioritize workload based on urgency.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with TCG Sales Representatives, manage Benefit Systems accounts, coordinate with advisors and group administrators, and ensure accurate documentation and updates within Monday.com. You will also support renewals and re-enrollments, work with internal departments, and provide on-the-job training for new employees.
