Role OverviewThe Benefit Systems Integration Admin will assist with day-to-day integration support tasks, assist with open enrollment activities, manage routine system updates, and serve as a resource for resolving basic integration and enrollment discrepancies. The role involves working with insurance advisors' employer clients to custom-build benefit administration platforms. The team works with group enrollment and eligibility processes for medical, ancillary, and worksite products.
What You Will Do
The Integration Admin will support enrollment & eligibility operations, assist with integration support, communicate & collaborate across teams, and support implementation during high-volume periods. They will also continue learning & supporting the team by attending carrier seminars and trainings, providing on-the-job training for new employees, and satisfactorily completing the AHIP Fundamentals A exam.
