Job Description
The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for servicing client accounts, managing the renewal process, and building client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, project management experience, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, industry trends, and carrier products and services.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and anticipate client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
