Job Description
This position supports the Total Rewards team in the administration of benefits programs for a Hylant client, including open enrollment, voluntary benefits, and wellness initiatives.

Requirements

  • Knowledge & experience with implementation and administration of health and welfare plans.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, laws and regulations regarding associate benefit programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management and organization skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Great attention to detail and able to maintain confidential information.
  • Associates’ degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience to benefit administration.
