Job Description
This position supports the Total Rewards team in the administration of benefits programs for a Hylant client, including open enrollment, voluntary benefits, and wellness initiatives.
Requirements
Knowledge & experience with implementation and administration of health and welfare plans.
Knowledge of compliance requirements, laws and regulations regarding associate benefit programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding time management and organization skills, with the ability to work independently.
Great attention to detail and able to maintain confidential information.
Associates’ degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience to benefit administration.
