Job Description
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for administering employee benefits, including FMLA, COBRA, 403b, Workers Compensation, and insurance. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chicago, IL.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Benefits Administration
  • Expert knowledge of U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and COBRA
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits and insurance
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Workers Compensation
  • Previous experience administering 403b
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
