Wonderful is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to oversee and manage employee benefits programs within smaller companies, as well as support the broader Global Benefits Team. The role involves enrollment, vendor management, compliance, reporting, and communication with employees. Requirements
Manage small group/company employee benefits programs (Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness, Supplements)
Provide ongoing support for vendor management
Develop and maintain process documentation
Manage day-to-day benefits operations
Reconcile benefit invoices and process payments
