Job Description
Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group invites applications for a Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources department. This is a Full-Time opportunity based out of our regional office located in Washington, D.C with a hybrid work model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of employee benefits administration experience
  • At least 2 years of HRIS experience (Ultimate Software experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and staff at all levels
