Job Description
Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources department. This position is a Full-Time opportunity based out of our regional office located in Washington, D.C with a hybrid work model.
Requirements
Administer employee group benefit programs, including Long-Term Care and Group Legal Insurance
Prepare and audit vendor billing statements, enrollment data, and premium deduction reports
Administers and coordinates FMLA leave requests through a web-based system
Provide responsive, high-touch customer service by resolving benefits inquiries related to eligibility, enrollment, and premiums
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and benefits documentation
Serve as a liaison with insurance carriers while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
