Role OverviewAs a Benefits Advisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Health & Welfare benefit programs, including new hire enrollments, qualifying change event processing, and annual Open Enrollment. You will act as a subject-matter expert on H&W programs, partner closely with HR, Payroll, and external vendors, and provide excellent customer service to employees.
What You Will Do
Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, and other ancillary benefit programs. Process qualified change events, eligibility updates, and corrections in HRIS/benefits administration systems. Monitor plan enrollment, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate vendor eligibility files.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of professional health & welfare benefits administration experience
- Experience with SAP or similar HRIS/benefits platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and customer-service skills
