Role OverviewAs a Benefits Analyst, you will assist in the daily administration of the Company's financial benefits, maintaining working knowledge of benefits information, calculating and communicating benefits to employees, and developing company financial benefits plan design and implementation.
What You Will Do
Maintain working knowledge of benefits information, calculate and communicate benefits to employees, develop and generate plan reports, and resolve payroll and system interface issues.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Able and willing to work on-site, in-person at the Valero San Antonio location, required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of professional-level Human Resources experience preferred
- Experience in financial benefits and administering financial benefits preferred
- Certification in CEBS or other benefit certification programs preferred
