RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor client issues, deliverables, and support complex accounts and projects
Assist with key internal processes and deliver client-facing service
Apply mathematical and analytical skills to support client strategies
Review benefit communications and research compliance-related inquiries
Foster strong relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams
Pursue ongoing development in employee benefits and manage assigned projects
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a benefits-related role
- Life and Health License, preferred.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Comfortable working independently, collaboratively, and across all levels of an organization
Effective communication skills and openness to feedback
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
