Role OverviewThe Benefits Analyst is a key contributor within the Benefits Team, responsible for supporting the administration, reporting, analysis, and reconciliation of benefits and leave programs. This role partners closely with HR Directors, General Managers, Payroll, HRIS, and external vendors to develop accurate and meaningful operational reporting, identify trends, resolve data discrepancies, recommend fixes and automate processes as well as support compliance.
What You Will Do
Responsible for managing and maintaining all benefit data files, ensuring accuracy, error resolution and timely delivery. Extract, manipulate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple vendor systems and internal platforms. Collect, compile, and analyze data to make recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, HR operations, reporting or data analysis.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, ADP, AbsenceSoft, Benefit Focus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation and reconciliation, and Power Query.
- Knowledge of leave laws and regulations and HR/benefits laws, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and ADA.
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and/or leave vendor systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to effectively handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
