Job Description
As a Benefits Analyst at OSI Group, you will provide oversight and support for all company benefits projects and programs, including coordinating the implementation of new benefit initiatives and providing excellent customer service to employees. You will work with various HR teams, vendor partners, and provide timely responses to employee benefits questions. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in related field
  • 2+ years of experience in employee benefits from implementation to billing
  • 2+ years of experience in working with self-ensured plans
  • Strong experience with 401k plans including audits and correction procedures
  • Experience creating and delivering wellness content
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work successfully in a team environment
  • Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Experience with human resources information systems (UKG preferred)
