Role OverviewSupport HDR's comprehensive employee benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service throughout every interaction. The role involves responding to routine benefit inquiries, processing and auditing benefit changes, and providing administrative support for various company-sponsored plans.
What You Will Do
Respond to benefit inquiries, process benefit changes, provide administrative support for health and welfare plans, manage international PTO tracking, and prepare reports for retirement plan carriers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of benefits-related experience, proficiency in MS Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be self-motivated, well-organized, and able to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent related work experience
- Proficient using MS Suite
- Self-motivated, well-organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate well and display good customer service on the phone, via email and face-to-face
- Must be willing to keep up with changing laws and regulations
- Must have the ability to keep a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
