Job Description
The Benefits Associate will assist the Human Resources department with employee benefits programs, provide support to employees with leave or benefit-related information, and perform other related duties.
Requirements
Assist the Benefits/Leave team with leave requests, WC requests, and separations
Participate in staff terminations and conduct exit interviews
Process employee separations, leaves, and terminations in NYCAPS
Collaborate with Labor Relations staff on employee involuntary separations
Administer benefits for all employees
Communicate with internal and external agency partners
Maintain various reports and perform other related tasks
