Job Description
The Benefits Associate will assist the Human Resources department with employee benefits programs, provide support to employees with leave or benefit-related information, and perform other related duties.

Requirements

  • Assist the Benefits/Leave team with leave requests, WC requests, and separations
  • Participate in staff terminations and conduct exit interviews
  • Process employee separations, leaves, and terminations in NYCAPS
  • Collaborate with Labor Relations staff on employee involuntary separations
  • Administer benefits for all employees
  • Communicate with internal and external agency partners
  • Maintain various reports and perform other related tasks
