Benefits Consultant - Enterprise

• Lead enterprise benefits strategy for large, national employers by advising C‑suite and senior leaders on plan design, cost management, compliance, vendor optimization, and multi‑year strategic planning
• Own client experience and delivery by leading executive stewardship meetings, overseeing renewals, reporting, RFPs, carrier negotiations, and resolving escalated client issues
• Drive growth and leadership by mentoring consulting teams, coordinating enterprise resources, and identifying, cultivating, and closing new enterprise‑level business opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred) with 15+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or national carrier roles supporting large, complex, multi‑state employers
• Deep expertise across medical, pharmacy, stop loss, disability/absence, care management, funding strategies, and ERISA compliance for large employers
• Executive‑level advisor with strong presence and credibility with CHRO, CFO, COO, and CEO stakeholders; professional designations such as CEBS preferred

Base salary range is $250,000 to $350,000 per year.
This position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
