The Benefits Consultant is responsible for managing client strategy and project plans, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing benefit opportunities for client expansion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry knowledge, thought leadership, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Life & Health Insurance License
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, industry trends, and carrier products and services
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and anticipate client needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for developing and building strength and capabilities in a team
