Job Description
As a Benefits Coordinator at Everstory Partners, you will manage benefits-related tickets, administer health and welfare plans, and support policy development and implementation efforts. You will also communicate benefit eligibility and enrollment instructions to new hires and conduct periodic audits of HR files. The role requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and prior experience supporting HR functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other relevant field preferred
  • Prior experience supporting HR functions with a working knowledge of employee benefits, enrollment processes, and related compliance practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Paylocity, ADP, Workday, or other
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
