Role OverviewThe Benefits Manager will oversee a broad portfolio of benefits programs, including health, retirement, leave, and related offerings. This role requires a thorough understanding of benefits processes, plan design, and applicable federal and state regulations. The position will also support the University's transition to a new ERP system, leveraging benefits expertise to inform system design and improve processes.
What You Will Do
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs and policies.
