Role OverviewThe Benefits Operations Analyst will administer and support employee benefit programs, manage benefit-related system events, and process special benefit adjustments. The role requires a subject matter expert for benefits processes within HRIS and other related systems.

The Benefits Operations Analyst will perform various tasks, including administering and supporting employee benefit programs, managing benefit-related system events, processing special benefit adjustments, and monitoring and maintaining benefit eligibility and coverage records.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or similar HRIS platforms, knowledge of ACA reporting, and a strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business or closely related field
- A minimum of 3 years of related benefits experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and utilize company information management systems
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capability of effective planning and priority setting
- Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs
- Ability to understand, evaluate and judge standard claims for benefit program(s) and knowledge of benefits contract language
- Basic knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements
