Role OverviewManage and optimize health, well-being, and employee benefit programs through effective vendor management, program administration, project leadership, and stakeholder partnership.
What You Will Do
Lead and support complex projects and strategic initiatives, support program implementations, RFPs, vendor transitions, process improvements, employee engagement efforts, compliance activities, and program enhancements.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant and progressive experience in benefits or related experience
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives
- Strong vendor management skills, including performance management, issue resolution, and service delivery oversight
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to develop recommendations and support decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications
- Knowledge of benefits-related regulations and compliance requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
