Assist with corporate compensation and benefits programs, plans, policies and procedures. Research and analyze compensation and benefit plans, and implement changes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years of related compensation, benefits, and/or HRIS experience
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
HRIS systems background a plus with the ability to create Crystal and Microsoft Add-ins Reports
Proven analytical and financial experience
