Role Overview

We're seeking motivated individuals to help union members understand and maximize benefits. This fully remote position allows you to work from home and provides training, mentorship, and support to succeed.

What You Will Do

Assist union members with benefit-related questions, educate members on available coverage, support enrollment and claims processes, and build relationships with members and their families.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are required. Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
