Role OverviewThe Benefits and Leave Manager is responsible for the administration, compliance, communication, and continuous improvement of the organization's employee benefits and wellness programs, and employee leave administration.
What You Will Do
Administer employee benefit and wellness programs, manage employee leave requests, coordinate with benefit vendors, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and related state employment laws
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and auto insurance required
