Role OverviewThis position is primarily responsible for the administration of designated benefits programs, including health, life, disability, leaves of absence, and other benefits. The Benefits Specialist will work under general supervision and build strong working relationships with internal clients and outside vendors.
What You Will Do
Manage transactions with external vendors, resolve escalated benefit issues, provide financial metrics, perform cost analysis, coordinate audits, and ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance is required. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Windows Applications is necessary.
