Administer leave of absences, process payments, track FMLA usage, answer benefit-related questions, and troubleshoot issues. Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and employees or office HR representatives. Conduct monthly and quarterly audits with insurance carriers and assist in administering global benefit programs.

Requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
