Role OverviewWe are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, service-focused individuals who enjoy helping people and communicating with clients. In this role, you will work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefit programs, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the next steps.
What You Will Do
Connect with prospective and existing clients by phone and video, schedule and conduct virtual appointments, review benefit requests, present available benefit and coverage options, and maintain accurate and organized client records.
