Job Description
The Benefits Specialist will administer all employee benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) plan. This role involves customer service, analytical support, and compliance monitoring. The position is fully onsite in Houston, Texas.

Requirements

  • Administer employee benefit programs like medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA/HSA, 401(k), and leave of absence.
  • Serve as a liaison with the Benefits Advocate Center.
  • Oversee wellness program and quarterly/annual projects.
  • Reconcile benefit bills and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Complete audits and compliance testing.
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
  • Analyze benefits plans and prepare reports.
