Job Description
The Benefits Specialist will administer all employee benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) plan. This role involves customer service, analytical support, and compliance monitoring. The position is fully onsite in Houston, Texas.
Requirements
Administer employee benefit programs like medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA/HSA, 401(k), and leave of absence.
Serve as a liaison with the Benefits Advocate Center.
Oversee wellness program and quarterly/annual projects.
Reconcile benefit bills and ensure timely payment processing.
Complete audits and compliance testing.
Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
Analyze benefits plans and prepare reports.
