Job Description
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational and data support aspects of benefit programs, including program and data analysis, payroll file validation and transmission, employee transaction validation, and teammate communications.
Requirements
1-3 years of benefits experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving, and financial analysis abilities
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills, familiarity with HRIS systems and various reporting tools
Bachelor’s degree in business, math, economics, or related field preferred
