Job Description
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational and data support aspects of benefit programs, including program and data analysis, payroll file validation and transmission, employee transaction validation, and teammate communications.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of benefits experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving, and financial analysis abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills, familiarity with HRIS systems and various reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, math, economics, or related field preferred
