Role OverviewThe BEOL TQR team is seeking a team representative with BEOL reliability experience, strong problem-solving skills, and job/people management skills for advanced CMOS technology nodes. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for reliability improvement activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership for reliability improvement activities, identifying and executing reliability evaluations, designing and executing experiments to improve semiconductor fabrication processes, and utilizing statistical tools and reliability models to extract lifetime from time to fail data.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent, +5 years of relevant experience in WLR reliability, and strong problem-solving skills. They will be able to understand the overall objectives of the department/facility and provide effective oversight to the group.
