What You Will Do
Coordinates grief counseling needs and services, plans for Bereavement Program development, provides bereavement support to hospice personnel, and participates in hospice activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience with families/caregivers and patients through death/dying issues
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
