Job Description
S lows Bar BQ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a new Berkley restaurant. The role focuses on leading and developing a strong team, ensuring excellent standards of service, and maintaining a healthy company culture. The Head Chef will be responsible for all kitchen functions, including menu execution, budget adherence, and employee training.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in varied kitchen positions
  • Strong computer/technology skills
  • Current ServSafe Foodservice Manager Certification
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Leadership/Management capacity
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift 70 pounds
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
