Job Description

The Financial Services Budget Formulation Analyst plays a critical role in the IC Chief Financial Officer (IC CFO), formulating and executing the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE). The candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience
Minimum of 7-10 years working in government budgeting
3-5 years experience within the Intelligence Community
Proven expertise in government budget formulation activities
