Job Description
Beverage Cart Attendant position at Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch. Maintain a great attitude while working on the golf course selling drinks and in the Bunker Bar selling snacks and drinks. Key responsibilities include driving the beverage cart, maintaining supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
  • Maintain a supply of all bar products/supplies
  • Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
  • Assure that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
  • Operate Jonas, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure
  • Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
  • Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
  • Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
  • Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
  • Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
  • Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
