Requirements

• Assistant Director of Beverage Operations
• Long-term finances management
• Safety and sanitary conditions management
• Supervises team development: hiring, promoting, disciplinary actions, terminations, sensitive employee relations problems, and department morale
• Anticipates and reacts to changes in planning assumptions
• Formally presents updates to plans and provides explanations and solutions to variances
• Actively builds and retains customer relations and acts as a mentor to team members
• Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and supervises assigned personnel
• Implements new concepts/products/trends with shared vision by the Director of Beverage
• Stays abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and expectations
